HASIL KERJA GRAPHIC YANG LEPAS

Assalam dan selawat ke atas junjungan besar nabi Muhammad S.A.W.Nie nk citer Architectural Graphic Presentation.bende nie nmpk jew senang tp...klu tak kena teknik lecturer suh REDO ler jawab yer.Kami orang yg buat assignment yg lecturer bg...sama sama kami tgk nmpk lawa dan gempak jew, tapi bila lecturer kami orang tgk dier kate....Nie pa dia mcm nie...salah nie...dier pun tulis perkataan yg paling simple utk di tulis iaitu REDO!!!

Sapa yg dpt REDO tue kira untung ler...ha5...Org kate...makin byk REDO makin untung lar jwb yer ha5.Kami org yg rata rata bukan amik pelajaran seni kat sekolah mmg susah lar asanyer bljr course nie.Sy rasa amat sekali terutamanya dalam bab merwarna...bila siap merwarna mmg nmpk jelas mcm kanak kanak ribena yg warna...bukan pe cara architect warna pun jaoh sgt bezanya dgn org seni/artist...Tapi sy bersyukur ler sbb ade kawan kawan sy yg pndai bg lar jgk tips sikit utk merwarna nie.Walaupun dpt ckit jew...lame lame bila himpun sume jd dpt byk teknik ler...he5

Korang bleh lar tgk hasil seni yg tak seberapa kat bawah nie hu5....

Org org dlm lukisan architectural

Nie sesudah redo lar nie...sebelum nie teruk lagi...

Basic Design

DESIGN AND COLOUR

The elements and principles of design are the building blocks used to create a work of art. The elements of design can be thought of as the things that make up a painting, drawing, design etc. Good or bad - all paintings will contain most of if not all, the seven elements of design.

The Principles of design can be thought of as what we do to the elements of design. How we apply the Principles of design determines how successful we are in creating a work of art.

THE ELEMENTS OF DESIGN

LINE
Line can be considered in two ways. The linear marks made with a pen or brush or the edge created when two shapes meet.

SHAPE
A shape is a self contained defined area of geometric or organic form. A positive shape in a painting automatically creates a negative shape.

DIRECTION
All lines have direction - Horizontal, Vertical or Oblique. Horizontal suggests calmness, stability and tranquillity. Vertical gives a feeling of balance, formality and alertness. Oblique suggests movement and action
see notes on direction

SIZESize is simply the relationship of the area occupied by one shape to that of another.

TEXTURE
Texture is the surface quality of a shape - rough, smooth, soft hard glossy etc. Texture can be physical (tactile) or visual.

COLOUR
Also called Hue

VALUE
Value is the lightness or darkness of a colour. Value is also called Tone
see notes on tonal contrast

THE PRINCIPLES OF DESIGN

BALANCEBalance in design is similar to balance in physics

A large shape close to the center can be balanced
by a small shape close to the edge. A large light
toned shape will be balanced by a small dark toned
shape (the darker the shape the heavier it appears to be)

GRADATION Gradation of size and direction produce linear perspective. Gradation of of colour from warm to cool and tone from dark to light produce aerial perspective. Gradation can add interest and movement to a shape. A gradation from dark to light will cause the eye to move along a shape.
REPETITION Repetition with variation is interesting, without variation repetition can become monotonous.
The five squares above are all the same. They can be taken in and understood with a single glance.
When variation is introduced, the five squares, although similar, are much more interesting to look at. They can no longer be absorbed properly with a single glance. The individual character of each square needs to be considered.
If you wish to create interest, any repeating element should include a degree of variation.
CONTRAST Contrast is the juxtaposition of opposing elements eg. opposite colours on the colour wheel - red / green, blue / orange etc. Contrast in tone or value - light / dark. Contrast in direction - horizontal / vertical.
The major contrast in a painting should be located at the center of interest. Too much contrast scattered throughout a painting can destroy unity and make a work difficult to look at. Unless a feeling of chaos and confusion are what you are seeking, it is a good idea to carefully consider where to place your areas of maximum contrast.

HARMONY
Harmony in painting is the visually satisfying effect of combining similar, related elements. eg.adjacent colours on the colour wheel, similar shapes etc.

DOMINANCE
Dominance gives a painting interest, counteracting confusion and monotony. Dominance can be applied to one or more of the elements to give emphasis

UNITY
Relating the design elements to the the idea being expressed in a painting reinforces the principal of unity.eg. a painting with an active aggressive subject would work better with a dominant oblique direction, course, rough texture, angular lines etc. whereas a quiet passive subject would benefit from horizontal lines, soft texture and less tonal contrast.
Unity in a painting also refers to the visual linking of various elements of the work.

Principles of an Architectural Design

Architecture is an art of designing and constructing buildings. Architectural design starts by drawing lines by a pencil. We can say that drawing lines is the base of an architectural design. There are following two very basic and important principles regarding to architectural design.
· Function follows form
· Form follows function
These principles are very important in architectural designing and planning. Every architect should follow one of them or both principles in its design. It will be successful design then.
Function follows form:
Function follows form is a principle associated with classic architecture, and it is also being used in government buildings. The concept of this principle means something created according to its functions. We don’t consider its form at initial stage of architectural design.
Form follows function:
Form follows function means something is created in a manner, which allows it to perform its function. Think of your ears. They're ugly if you think about it long enough, but their form is just right to catch sound waves and funnel those waves into your head.
Architects are building our society advanced as the time passing. They are trying to secure the lives of people from environmental disasters such as earthquake, floods, storms, etc.… it is very possible to change the environment by architectural design.
Architectural Design Elements:
The principles of design control the relationships of the elements used and set up the composition as a whole. Successful design incorporates the use of the laws and elements to serve the designer's aim and visual goals. There are no rules for their use. The designer's purpose and objective drives the decisions made to obtain harmony between the elements.

The principles of design consist of:
· Unity
· Harmony
· Contrast
· Repetition (rhythm, pattern)
· Variety (alternation)
· Emphasis (dominance or focal point)
· Balance
· Proportion (scale)
· Functionality
· Proximity
· Decluttering, organization and harmonization of accessories
· Lighting coloration
· And much more…

ARCHITECTURE/SENI BINA

Assalam...korang sume nk tau tak maksud architecture/seni bina tuekan.. okey maksud yer lebih kurang...seni dan sains dalam mereka bentuk dan membina bangunan dan struktur lain.Tapi sebelum nk jd architect tue korang kne lar bermati matian btul mse study tue sbb mmg rumit giler course nie tp menyeronokan tau :D.

Klu nk tnya pasal assignment pasal bidang nie mse bljr jgn di tanya lar...banyak giler :D... Tp dari assignment yg byk nie lar melatih ada untuk menjadi semakin cekap...org kate "practice makes perfect" betul tak.tapi kalau kita dah dpt tapi di amalkan pun xleh jgk sbb takut nti hilang ingatan...Klu ikut betul betul...course hanya sesuai untuk org kuat bersabar bukan apa...klu time dapat project tue, sampai 2-3 hari tak tidur pun ada...klu yg tidur tue tidur dlm masa 3-4 jam mcm tue jew...

Course nie jgk byk makan duit sbb byk brg nak kne bli...tmbh2 lg time wat project...tp klu korang bljr course smpai habis...masa korang dh grade tue sume org akn respect korang sbb course nie payah nak survive sbb ramai yg kecundang klu tak pandai nak uruskan msa.Okey cukup setakat disini saja utk pengenalan nti kita smbung lg dlm episode 2 plak okey :D
